This chatter is all about ?identifying?, judging; labeling and then ‘pigeon-holing’ the avalanche of information and situations we experience each and every day. The ego wants total control, and since that isn?t possible - it generates a mental environment that is always in turmoil. The ego is apparently an expert at keeping us engaged with either the Future or the Past - anything but the Present Moment. Our society is built all around servicing the needs of the ego. Treat these ego projections as you would fog ? and walk right through them. Observe them rather than ?own? them.
